Tsavorite generally appears in agglomerations known as “potatoes”. It is more durable and vibrant than Emerald and yet less costly. The Refractive Index of Tsavorite is much brighter which gives a brighter shines. The dispersion of this gemstone is twice that of Emerald and hence it is sometimes called the “Fire”.
