How do you know
that My Solitaire received your order?
Once you confirm your
order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your
confirmation number. If you do not receive the confirmation email
within an hour of the confirmation, please contact us at

As
soon as your order is received by My Solitaire, it will be
processed one of two ways. If the item you purchased is
a non-customized item the order will be sent to the order
fulfillment department for the item to be packaged and shipped.
If the item you
purchased is a custom ring, pendant, earring, etc., the order will
be sent to the workshop where the process of building the jewelry
you designed will begin.
