We had a few very interesting Mother’s Day stories in this contest. A couple of them, we insist you should read!
The story that moved us the most was from Briston Ray, who beautifully expressed her feelings in an adorable poem. The poem ends with an earnest ‘Thank you’ – to the mother who gave her the best gift - taught her to be a mother . . . |
My mother is the keeper of the band-aids
who always kissed my boo-boos
My mother is the one with all the advise
who helped me get through lifes trials
My mother is my solid rock
for whom i give thanks for.
My mother is my inspiration
without her I would not know how to be a mother.
Mother for that THANK YOU! |

The Second one is an heartwarming-touchy message from a Stephanie Feaser. She has very sincerely sketched the mother-daughter friendship in simple words.

My mother is the most fun and loving mother I know. Growing up my mom taught me the value of music and laughter we used to sit in front of the record player singing along to the music and to this day certain songs bring back those memories. We love to shop together go to church together and watch movies. I couldnt think of anyone who has taught me more about life love and laughter. She deserves this very much. |
